What drivers usually want to know.
Every final quote is vehicle-specific. These answers explain the intended service structure without replacing your rental agreement.
Will the vehicle be ready for PHV work?+
We confirm the vehicle’s licensing position and supplied documentation before you enter an agreement. Requirements can differ by licensing authority and platform.
Is insurance included in the rental?+
The insurance arrangement depends on the plan and driver profile. Your quote will state clearly whether suitable hire-and-reward cover is included or must be arranged separately.
Is there a deposit?+
A refundable security deposit may apply. The amount, payment timing and deductions policy will be set out before you commit.
How do fuel and charging work?+
You normally pay for the fuel or electricity you use. For an EV, we can explain compatible home, rapid and public charging options. The Kia Niro Hybrid does not require plug-in charging.
What happens when the vehicle needs servicing?+
Routine servicing is coordinated according to the plan and manufacturer schedule. We agree practical timing and explain any driver responsibilities in the contract.
Can I use the car on Uber, Bolt or other platforms?+
Vehicle eligibility is governed by each platform and may change. We provide vehicle details, but drivers should confirm acceptance with their chosen operator before starting work.
